im still remain 53.5KG..tak berganjak2 pun..tadi timbang kat farmasi..im not happy lah..timbang tak turun ..angin la..tapi i dont blame myself pun sbb d past week kan tension aje.so..much alike , i ate a lot coz hungry & tense & lack of exercise(gi jog pun bukan sekadar jog je,didnt skip pun..).

so,semalam balik lapar gila,gi shell isi minyak & buy food..SINFUL food..
buy maggi(2 paket),pistachio& raisin(kasi BIJAK sikit),nips(for firdaus-i ate it half sbb so feel like eating it..he..he).eat maggi tak abis pun(remember always eat half of ur food especially food that makes ur fat)....

so kena start balik regime diet yg strict..kena bg motivate high as lindsay lohan!..cam tak caya je i manage 2 fit my 7 years old jeans..size 28..boleh masuk..tak ketat but will lose d extra kg sbb nak bg 40kg..

used new program 2 key in data..so far ok..
work w hafis..so my life is privacy & relief& i've time for myself.
went for jog which ari nie so ramai compare yesterday..it was ok..
wheather at park was ok..

i've 2 settle a problem created by my collegues since im a senior..but then it not in my job description anyway..(my superior was on leave)
my colleague should be responsible toward the problem he created a month before..but being such an angel..i spent half of my working day 2 solved d problem..my colleague didnt take action of d probem earlier coz he didnt retrieve any mail,coz his mail is malfunction & etc..
but being such an angelic person (again!) he been forgiven...

aku nie memang baik..very bery kind hearted (very angelic!)& it always get me in trouble coz i helped so wrong person...
ari nie aku nangis dalam tandas sbb aku kena luahkan tekanan nie..d stress..sampai naik kepala..aku pening..i can just bang myhead against wall...yeah cry..
that all i do bila aku tension,bila aku tak dapat kawal my emotion..
