br 3 ari akunye diet,rasa cam dah 3 bulan..pil yg aku makan tu,tak kan bg rasa lapar,so aku kenyang sentiasa & pil lg satu ,bila digestion akan keluar bersama najis all d lemak.at first tak byk ,sikit je,on second day aku tak eat apa2 pun,digest gak & keluar all d lemak/oilly stfuff..takde rasa sakit memulas compare ngan ubat herba i used to eat..

ari nie teringin nak makan benda pedas sbb nampak cili api..so ari nie masak TOMYAm...tomyam sotong..sangat pedas & masam.....nasi aku rasa dah 8 ari tak jamah..rasa2 boleh 3 bulan tak makan....(hope so)

semangat aku membara gila nak reduce weight...47 kg....

in between..hanya few people je tau aku makan this medic,my cousin,my sis,my admire,this blog,noni.my mom berleter sikit bila nampak i telan ubat..just ignore her bebel.she masa muda tak gemuk..kurus..so i nak buktikan i boleh pakai bj kawin dia...sbb dulu i used to muat when my weight 47kg..

in addition ,jam 1230am,21/04/05,lepas abis kerja shift gi minum ngan mr smile..bukan apa,lama tak berborak ngan smiling nie...ok lah..it just make my day....even happier...

2day is 19 APRIL 2005.1ST DAY TAKEN MEDIC 2 LOSE WEIGHT.this is my latest pic.current weight 65kg(im so berat )& tak cantik.so my target:
long term target
must weight 47kg(coz this is d weight when i study)

short term target
weight reduce up to 10kg.this year i need to lose 20kg..boleh ke?so if jadik i akan jadi 45 kg...aku musti sbb nie one of my dream i need to achieve,my resolution for every year.

why i nak kurus nak weight 45,coz so many reason
uptmost reason coz of self confidence.i able to pakai apa2 bj,people tak kan ckp ur fat..can do anything what i one,for health reason also...

since 2day first makan apa yg i rasa.up todate time 15:58,only drink AIR KOSONG & seulas mangga.balik dr umah nana so sleepy & terus tidur till 12.then bwk aos basuh + vakum coz so dirty..terbang RM 8/=then kemas bj then gi work at 3pm.ada bau mama masak makan sedap tapi pikir u hv dedicted to this projek KURUS so must ingat..nak kurus..kurus..so tak makan..proud of myself...

feel stomacsemalam last makan sedap.stomach penuh &a little melayang sbb tak makan apa.my hand so cold...takpe nie pengorbanan bg diri sendiri kay..end of this year on my birthday i nak weight 47kg.i can...i hope...at least kita kena buat target..


yesterday makan last yg fattening.makan secret receipe-cheese oreo+ eat kat kampung baru...i still kan remember d taste of crab sisling + d hot fries..so 2day gonna diet babe!

MY DIET INCLUDE:
a.strictly NO SOFT DRINK
b.control eat for fast food
c.eat sayur only
d.makan biscuit wheatmeal
e.DRINK AIR KOSONG BYK2
f.avoid coffee/caffein
g.NO NASI also & eat once a day only(boleh jimat duit gak)

2 week from now jumpa doctor so on minggu pertama bulan MEI(2-8 MAY)!!

napa lah ari nie mcm tak de mood..agaknya sbb mr smile ari nie tak kerja kot..dia masuk jam 3pm karang..miss his company la....but that another story..

aku rasa ari nie i didnt hv mood sbb pagi tadi aku mcm ada crisis ngan adik aku syuib..sian dia..dah lah tak berapa cerdik..aku tau dia kena buli kat sek tapi silap dia gak..ceta camni...dia expect when letak bj dlm washing machine ada org basuhkan @ d machine bergerak sendiri...well yesterday he just put his dirty school pant in d machine on top of clean cloth...i pick up his cloth ,empty d machine & wanna wash his cloth but couldnt find any soap(really tragic).so this morning,pity him coz he said,

"nanti org ejek syuib..syuib busuk.."

my bro being buli...well..my bro nie bukanlah budak yg bijak..dia nie my mom kata ada sikit2 down syndrom tapi ciput je..untuk umur dia macam tu dia tak matang..kira akal dia umur budak 12 thn..sapalah tak sayang adik kan,walau dia tu buat horror thing ngan kita,still adik kita...nakal si syuib nie usah ceta lah.....boleh masuk ICU kalau pikir...

i feel a little bit better ....

i've try to paste pic to my blog..but kat office cant down load thing..so hv to wait kat home till they can figure d password + many more...waduh that another annoying things..

well..nak ceta something happy..i buy new shoe yesterday....yg i cakap kat first entry..yes bata.... i belanja my best buddy also d same shoe-she own d white in colour...

at least that cheer me...

my college belanja me nasi lemak which is so good.daun pisang lagi...rm 1 je..ikut my taste bud..
d best thing today eat wall ice cream-chochalate heaven..really yummy...

actually im pokai now but stilll
i lent money to other(RM 50-w this i can buy gorgoeus tudung kat mines-really nice,kakila musti jeles)
do little shopping(c bj at carefour that cost me only rm 10-need to hv this tension release yeah i hv new bj)

i glad i've found blog..i can express my feeling here..

shopping spree

i adore window shopping & simple love to shop.people said i so rich but if u know where to shop,bargaining,everyday is a shopping spree for u..

yesterday went to mid valley w 2 lovely friend.midvalley among fav place to shop.its hv everthing + d prize r reasonable compare to klcc.went there only if hv mega sale or for a movie.there place is not in to me.

bought soda sleveless& pant.buy a new bag bag..want to buy a shoe buy there was no size at all.mine 7 or 8....

then went to carefour to shop for food..it cost me almost rm 30.

might be 2day need to do some shopping spree for toiletaries + window for shoe.find a nice one at bata(pelik but never buy bata after finish high scholl)...
