2day is 19 APRIL 2005.1ST DAY TAKEN MEDIC 2 LOSE WEIGHT.this is my latest pic.current weight 65kg(im so berat )& tak cantik.so my target:
long term target
must weight 47kg(coz this is d weight when i study)
short term target
weight reduce up to 10kg.this year i need to lose 20kg..boleh ke?so if jadik i akan jadi 45 kg...aku musti sbb nie one of my dream i need to achieve,my resolution for every year.
why i nak kurus nak weight 45,coz so many reason
uptmost reason coz of self confidence.i able to pakai apa2 bj,people tak kan ckp ur fat..can do anything what i one,for health reason also...
since 2day first makan apa yg i rasa.up todate time 15:58,only drink AIR KOSONG & seulas mangga.balik dr umah nana so sleepy & terus tidur till 12.then bwk aos basuh + vakum coz so dirty..terbang RM 8/=then kemas bj then gi work at 3pm.ada bau mama masak makan sedap tapi pikir u hv dedicted to this projek KURUS so must ingat..nak kurus..kurus..so tak makan..proud of myself...
feel stomacsemalam last makan sedap.stomach penuh &a little melayang sbb tak makan apa.my hand so cold...takpe nie pengorbanan bg diri sendiri kay..end of this year on my birthday i nak weight 47kg.i can...i hope...at least kita kena buat target..
yesterday makan last yg fattening.makan secret receipe-cheese oreo+ eat kat kampung baru...i still kan remember d taste of crab sisling + d hot fries..so 2day gonna diet babe!
MY DIET INCLUDE:
a.strictly NO SOFT DRINK
b.control eat for fast food
c.eat sayur only
d.makan biscuit wheatmeal
e.DRINK AIR KOSONG BYK2
f.avoid coffee/caffein
g.NO NASI also & eat once a day only(boleh jimat duit gak)
2 week from now jumpa doctor so on minggu pertama bulan MEI(2-8 MAY)!!
