miss my dress so much..
but am build up fat..so hidious..
must diet , mUST EXERCISE
must be very strict to myself

alhamdullilah!
managed to complete 3 days fasting..
must FASTing..fasting..& fasting
less sleep,siapkan work saya & build up my stamina
