my own personal achievement:21.1km
even was among the last people to arrive..IVE MADE it!
all the body part is begging for mercy..
yet am fully content
am now addicted to run(walking is the most i do in the race..but still sampai)
alhamdullilah!

its been a while ive didnt dip myself in pool,
& this was a bless even ive to wear decent & berat clothes..yet..i simply enjoy the moment
