wat 2 eat & be conscious about the food consume..arghhh wat had happen 2 me

this is the peanut jam that i mentioned earlier..
full of fat..not good for diet..but damn ..yummylicious..
enough of consuming this like waffle also..
so not good for diet & losing weight

i lurve anything choc(current:the pudding things..brownies-nana's (my cousie make chewy..yummylicious one ..& always FOC lah)& SR(myr4)
wheatmeal biscuit(the jacob one)..the jacob bites series..

  • Sebiji roti canai mengandungi kalori sama dengan 5 KM berjogging.
darn..5 KM tue..thank god am not a fan of it

  • Nasi lemak pulak kandungan santannya tinggi. So cholesterolnya tinggi
3 days in a row makan nasi as FOC..darn..must control & bot 2 eat nasi..nasi make me fat..huarghhhhhh

currently eat student food also..that Y lah FOC..
arghhh kena plan balik diet..

monday-managed to get 1 hour jog(i ate nasi during lunch)

tuesday-tired..i slept(i eat nasi gak..arghhhhh)

wed- jog about 1 hour..eat a lot too..
breakfast-bihun goreng & chicken wing
lunch-2 spoon of nasi,chicken wing & 2 spoon of kicap sayur & a pear
dinner-i cheat on snacking(i assume i ate like a plate of nasi ..arghhhh..guilty..guilty)
