i was out w my U mate that work here also at the camp!!
I LUV my " U"friends..& i really bless that i study there b4 despite of all the obsctacles as a student...hehehehehe..life was GOOD at the time..

we talk..we chat for hours..& boy how i really treasure such a good companion..
we shared idea..thought..mengumpat about our dissatisfied in our job..boy its really lift up the burden & all..
i learn so much things the other night..& like hvg this counselling session..
i think i need to read more book on motivational & all..hahhahahha..i think i need that..

she was mentioning about the difficulty that we had to deal everyday in our daily job..no matter that im a teacher @ she an army..the things is that we deal w beaurcracy EVERYDAY!!!..

i think im the only one who dealing w such prob....well..i think ive to open an official club for this...

but we have to face it & try to deal w it...PROFESSIONALLY..TABAH..CEKAL...
we share@ kutuk in common like Y PEOPLE IN FRONT END HARD TO SMILE..
she dealing w it everyday and infact she r the person who has to change that kind of attitude..

ive prob also dealing w people who has this kind of attitude..like..

is it hard to smile..like..
u job was so easy enough..
SMILE..
u were paid to smile..
come on..people..
we came here not just we like it but we HV to..
like we had others choices to go to..but to go to ONLY U end & ur assistance..

BE IT a at private @ government sector..i just hated SUX CUST SERVICE....

there r few that i really impress..they served really from the heart & truely i keep coming back for that..
& some SUX services would be BYE BYE...u gonna lost a CLIENT
& for such SUX front END that i dont have any others choices except to deal w them..
well..i think writing,comment..harshing the management would do they good...hahahhahahahah

in between..a friend of mine(darling fau) was telling me issue about using beautification to get things easily..using it for personal purpose....something like it..
like u get better treatment if u beautiful enough & lesser if u just ordinary..
its really a pain in the ass when people hv to treat others based on this..
but its TRUE..it really occur & HAPPEN>> sad isnt?

as for my stand..there is two issue here..

beautiful is really subjective..
its not only about faces..appreances..grooming ....the physical things..but also the inside..how people would fall easily for smile..sweet talk..the inner of the people..

honestly i would prefer to serve/entartain people who would smile to me at our first glance..sincerly..no matter who u r..be some kids..poor..disabled..ah soh..meroyan..gila..rather than some berlagak cam baguih person who think he/she has all the authority /power in his/her hand

NO matter if im down @ wat..if people make me happy..show their happiness thru their their lovely & sincere smile..i'll raise as PHONIEX..be back on the right track..

basically it is about :how we bring ourself to people..like..using the very best of u..

not everyone is physically beautiful..but they know how to make people fall into..to get respect .power @ watever..its is really a blessing if u hv both..the inner & the outer beauty..

i know..i just that ordinary people..im not pretty..but im sweet..hehehheheh..& charming..& nice...heheheheh..wat to do...naik lif picit butang sendiri...

ive encounter few cases like this & i believe many where by when u look gorgoeus.."leng lui "one ,u tend to get a better treatment & for some people who dress like lousy..nyonya/ah so type..the treatment r different..HUGE one...

just a note of recent accident..
i was renewing my IC here at camp..so..i was waiting..the good things about this is I dont need to wait for long queue @ wat..there was LESS people..no hectic.no jam..no rush..

it might be coz the counter person was a little impatient..was sick w all the execuse & all..

i count people who was the VICTIM ~the awam people..the malay man..the ah soh..the minachi...all was treated for me like kasar type...pity them..they dont know..they not really educated & here i see where people judge book from its cover which is sad enough..

like yes...its a bit of tiring the work..meet up people..talk..& watever..& the agencies that u work with is really a CROWDED places...IVE been that road..but i believe that..everyone should get a GOOD treatment..sincere smile..a nice gesture..a simple hello..would it kill U to do so..?
& when its come to my turn..i was like..

"apa lah akunye nanti"

but suprisingly..i was served by her nicely..there was Q & A session & all..
see..this person can be that helpful & cheerful & nice...& SHE IS SMILING>>CAN SMILE afterall....

"not so hard is it makcik.."

i guess she a picky one..& that too bad..i think & i pity those b4 me..

& another occasion a year ago..

when i was about this agencies to register MY atos..i realise that it were the people..themselves(the GOMEN)that makes them grumphy..unfriendly person..
the agencies was REALLY PACKED...CROWDED..& everyday the awam will berurusan w Them..

my turn was ok..she was ok..not garang @ kasar just doing her job..but the person next to her a male was really ego @ berlagak cam bagus i think..
this fella came at his counter &give a sincere smile..god..that sux man was w the muka masam..didnt even smile back..like hello..it just a smile..for god sake..not like he wanna to bribe u @ wat

i still remember it till today & i noted this as a pengajaran for myself also..

no matter how sux @ HORROR @ PMS day would be....if there people smiling from within their heart..i would smile back..i would greet them..i would want to make MYSELF GOOD!!!

in between..just a note..

always SMILE when u pick up the phone..especially if u working in that line..people know..notice ...realise ur mood..bad..@ horror @ u hvg a blessful day ....
CHEERs voice make u feel GREAT..turn off the the negative thought/emotion....& lead a productive day a head..

--joget was on the phone the others day..i know he is not him..like hvg prob @ moody..but he keeps denying that..that SUX!..then another call from him on another day..he sound different..happy mood..his voice r vibrantly sexy enough..he has the 1st tune..tone..gesture when our 1st talk over the phone..its so sweet & i really fall into..
it just makes my day..people w cheers mood..if u r not..DONT DENY it..im all here listen..

--best of all is wei..so far..he never ever fail to make my heart goes fonder..i always look forward for his word..wisdom..kutuk..komen..he is SUCH A FRIEND>>a budy..
he makes me laugh..smile..CRY even at the same time & always his word...his saying his action..melted me.his "a worth a lot"person....
when he kutuk2 one..bambu..hentam one..is either i fight @ i cry(not like a river just..i wanna fight his word but i lost idea/word)at the end..
he know how to fix the things ..from an emotional talk to a laughing matter...such person exist...although becoming extinct..

--to conclude..listening w ur heart is a reliable mood detector..perhaps..be it at pleasant voice..sexy voice..cheerful tone of voice...garang voice..moody voice..a good listener is always there to comfort...
