day one..2 be fit and fabolous..
wake up early..
do stretching and off me go
it was a morning walk..
train myself..dun want 2 burden the muscles yet
it was a lovely day..
there a lots of ar-my running as well..
but do i care..nope..
just when i reach the beach there were lots of them
that part just spoil the mood..
anyway..
ive fun..lots of sunshine..star-ju-mp 50 times
climb something in the park..
i hope this can keep its going..
listen body...fat..hidious unwant-ed fat..
pleas-e pleas-e go away..
am trying 2 HV my figure..
get the ultimate scale n being healthy and fit!!
i not ready 2 be fat/hidious and lazy
